Terms and Conditions

All the following terms and conditions apply to all Piano Easy services and users.

Please read all terms and conditions carefully before making a booking. By booking or purchasing, you are deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions.

All Piano Easy services are non-refundable. If a room is unavailable due to a technical fault on our part, we will credit the corresponding hours back to your account.

Unpaid bookings will not be reserved by the system. The selected time slot may be taken by other users.

All bookings can be modified once for free via the Piano Easy App at least 2 hours before the booked slot. A handling fee applies for subsequent modifications or changes made within 2 hours of the slot. The modified slot must be of the same price as the original.

Each room has a recommended occupancy limit — please refer to the room details in the app. Exceeding the limit is not recommended and may result in additional charges. The person who made the booking must be one of the users and must be present during the booked slot.

Each account is for one person only. If multiple users are found sharing one account, we reserve the right to suspend the account without refund.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult when using the rooms.

Users may be required to show booking details in the Piano Easy App for verification during room use.

Room usage time starts from the beginning of the booked slot. No time extension will be given for late arrivals.

Users must leave the room after the booked slot ends.

Non-monthly plan users who overstay must pay for the extra time. We reserve the right to charge, deduct hours, or suspend accounts without notice.

Monthly plan walk-in applies to all rooms except designated rooms. Walk-in users must vacate the room when a booking is made for that time slot by another user.

Rooms are monitored by 24-hour CCTV. Unauthorized use without payment will be reported to the authorities.

Rooms are not specifically designed for recording. We are not responsible for any issues affecting recordings.

Do not open the piano lid or move the piano without permission. If damage to the piano is caused by the user, the user shall be liable for the actual cost of repair or replacement, up to a maximum of HK$100,000. We reserve the right to pursue further action.

If any item falls into the piano, the user is responsible for a retrieval and administration fee of HK$500. We reserve the right to pursue further action.

Shoes must be removed before entering the room. Carpeting and shoe racks are provided.

Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited in the rooms. A cleaning fee of HK$500 will be charged if violated. We reserve the right to pursue further action.

You must clean up all rubbish. Littering is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee of HK$500 will be charged if violated. We reserve the right to pursue further action.

Do not use alcohol or disinfectant on the piano to avoid surface damage. If damage results from such use, the user shall be liable for the actual cost of repair or replacement, up to a maximum of HK$100,000. We reserve the right to pursue further action.

Please turn off lights and air conditioning before leaving, and ensure the room door is fully closed.

Please take all personal belongings before leaving. We are not responsible for any loss due to personal negligence.

Room facilities and supplies are for in-room use only. Please do not take any items from the room.

Rooms are for practice, teaching and work purposes only. Overnight stays are not permitted.

Rooms remain open during typhoons and adverse weather conditions.

We reserve the right to revise, suspend or cancel room bookings, and to revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Any violation of these terms and conditions may result in immediate cancellation of bookings and suspension of accounts without notice. We reserve the right to pursue further action.

In case of any dispute, we reserve the right of final decision.

Piano Easy is committed to maintaining our rooms in a safe condition. If you notice any safety issue, please notify us immediately.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
