Monthly Plan Walk-in Guide
Monthly plan holders can walk in to any vacant room for free — no booking required
Key Walk-in Rules
- 1Only for users with an active monthly plan
- 2No booking needed — just walk in
- 3First come, first served — no time limit
- 4Must vacate if a user has booked the slot
- 5Valid at all rooms (except specified locations)
Make Sure You Have an Active Monthly Plan
Walk-in is only available for users with an active monthly plan (Plan A or Plan B). Check the "My Plan" section in the app to confirm your plan is still valid.
💡 Monthly plans can be purchased directly in the app and activate immediately.
Check Available Slots in the App
In the app's room listing, check whether your desired room shows as "vacant" or unbooked for the current time slot. Unbooked slots are available for walk-in.
Head to the Room
No advance booking needed for walk-in. Head straight to the room. We recommend confirming availability in the app before leaving to avoid a wasted trip.
⚠️ Walk-in is first come, first served. The slot may be booked by someone else while you're on your way — get there quickly.
Get Door Code via the App & Enter
At the room, open the app and go to "Plans / Pass" → "Walk-in". Select the room and tap "Register" — the app will display a one-time door code. Enter the code to unlock the main door and room door. No time limit once inside.
💡 Make sure your phone has internet access (WiFi or mobile data). The code is one-time use — if you leave and return, you must register again for a new code.
No Time Limit — First Come, First Served
There's no time limit during your walk-in session. You can keep practising until another user books the slot. If no one books, you can stay as long as you like.
Vacate if a Booked User Arrives
If another user books the room while you're doing a walk-in, the app currently does not send a notification. Please proactively check the room's booking status in the app, and promptly vacate for any booked user.
⚠️ Please actively check the booking status and respect the rights of booked users to ensure fair usage.
Walk-in does not deduct from your monthly plan booking hours — it is an extra benefit. Booking a slot with plan hours guarantees your session; we recommend booking in advance during busy hours.
